Prospect Charitable Foundation Provides Gift of Freedom

Prospect Charitable Foundation continues to provide valuable support to those in need.  Partnering with Variety of Illinois, Prospect Charitable Foundation donated $5,000, along with a $5,000 match, to make a dream come true for a very deserving young lady.

Jeny is unable to walk unassisted, but now thanks to a custom bike by FNA Outdoors, she is now moving on her own power.  Prospect Charitable Foundation is excited to have played a role in this gift of freedom for Jeny.

According to Angelique Barthel of Variety of Illinois, “We learned Jeny has never moved herself on her now…EVER!  This bile made something incredible happen and there simply aren’t words for how grateful we all are.”

A special event, which include an early Thanksgiving dinner, was held to present Jeny with her new custom ride.

Variety of Illinois Children’s Charity’s purpose is to serve children who are less fortunate – children who live and grow up with a serious illness, disability or disadvantage. These are extra special children who require a special kind of help.  Prospect Charitable Foundation is pleased to partner with Variety of Illinois for this and future needs.
